Warm-Up: Coordination and Passing

  • Organisation

    • 1 agility ladder

    • 3 hurdles

    • 4 cones (2 big cones, 2 smaller cones)

  • Process

    Players split up into two equal groups and line up behind the two small cones.

    The first player passes the ball through the channel to the player on the other side and completes the coordination drill to his right.

    After that he lines up on the other side.

    This drill is endless and can be supplemented with specific coordination exercises that go beyond the basics of the agility ladder.

    • Increase intensity and quality of passing throughout the warm-up
