Reset availabilities
Participation statistics per player
Previously, it was only visible how many players attended an event or were absent. From now on, you can see in the acceptance and rejection module how often a player was present or absent during a whole season or a specific time period.
Revised printout of the training plans
We have revised the printout of the training plans in the Training Days module, so that acceptances and rejections are now color-coded.
Additionally, the sorting of players in alphabetical order has been implemented, and the printout of training groups has been adjusted to make the participating players per group even more visible.
Print and export additional contact data
Further contact data such as distance (KM), time (Time), jersey size, shoe size, glove size, activities, website can now also be printed and exported from the address book.
Bug-Fixes
We are pleased in this release to also present a few minor bugs and some UX/UI adjustments that were noticed by you or us during use. Thank you once again for your great feedback.
Import contacts
If you added contacts/players via XLS import, they were not automatically marked as absent for past training days, games, or tournaments. We have now adjusted this so that no manual effort will be required after an import.
Comments in the tournament module
If special characters were entered in the comments at the tournament and the player was subsequently set to absent, the comment was no longer visible. This has now been fixed.
Push notifications from the homepage
If you entered team messages via the homepage, they were always correctly saved and displayed, but a push notification to the iOS / Android devices was not always sent. This has now been fully adjusted, so that push notifications will always be sent out.
Notifications about games
If you recorded not only your own games but also opposing team matches in easy2coach, it occasionally happened that you received multiple identical push notifications for a game day. This has now been corrected, so that you will only be informed about changes to your own game.
Empty contacts in tasks
If you delegated a task to a person in the web portal and then tried to change this person, it occasionally led to an error message that resulted in no contact being linked with the task afterwards. This very rare phenomenon has also been completely resolved.
iCAL calendar export | Title missing
In some export combinations, it occurred that the title was not always displayed in the iCAL export. The cause has been identified and corrected. You may need to delete your iCAL export and download the latest iCAL URL again.
Forgotten password texts
It actually happened that it was not always clear how the password could be reset. Therefore, the labeling on the forgotten password page has been adjusted, so it should now be clearly visible for all users.
Statistic display with special characters
Especially in French, not all statistics were fully loaded when special characters were used. This issue should now be fully resolved.
Last results on the homepage for basic teams
Basic users were unable to see the latest results on the homepage in the web portal. This has now also been activated in the free version.
Data access for parent role
In the web portal, the rights of parents have been expanded, so that they can now also view player-related data, such as the grades of their own children. This was not possible before when the parent role was linked with a player but only the player himself had read access to his data.
Updates
Team Manager App

Invite team members with team code
You requested that we simplify the invitation process. From now on, you can invite all team members super easily with your personal team code. We will show you exactly how this works, what you need to pay attention to, and where you can find the team code in the video.
Properly invite contacts
We'll show you what to consider when inviting.
Send requests as coach, player, parents
We'll show you how players or parents can send a join request.
Accept or reject requests
As an admin, you can always decide which team requests you want to accept or reject.

Save YouTube videos as exercises with one click
Are you browsing on your phone on YouTube and find a terrific exercise? Do you want to save it as an exercise in easy2coach? No problem! Simply copy the YouTube URL and paste as shown in the video. We automatically create the exercise name, contents, and duration, so all you need to do is click save.
Also activated in the Training App
You will find this new feature in the Training App as well.

Better sharing via WhatsApp
Until now, you could already share appointments via WhatsApp, but sometimes you were missing relevant information about participating players or the sorting of nominations was not clear enough on game days.
We have taken your input and restructured the WhatsApp messages once again.
Crop images
Previously, uploaded user profiles did not always look good because especially images from smartphones in portrait mode were displayed too small.
You can now crop the image before uploading it to us. Try it out right away by uploading a new profile picture of yourself or your player squad via the app.
Possible in every image upload
You can find this function everywhere you can upload images (exercise graphics, files, user images, contact pictures or in team chats or polls) and of course, the function has also been renewed in the Training App.
New help section
We have started to integrate help videos into the individual modules. If you have questions about a specific module or function, just click on the information icon at the top right. This will open the relevant video for the current module, so you can get help directly.
If you still have questions afterwards, just use the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of the page to discuss your question with our support team. Be sure to check back in the video area from time to time. The videos are continuously updated and expanded.
Better display of active team members
It was not always immediately clear for everyone which contacts are already active team members and which do not yet have a link to users.
Therefore, we have once again detailed the team view as well as the team links and deputy page, so you can more easily recognize the status of your contacts.
Archived teams
Finally, you can more easily archive older teams in the user profile without deleting them. Archived teams will subsequently no longer be considered for standard actions or shown in modules where multiple teams can be selected (including messages).
In the contacts module, you can also include archived teams in the filter again, in case you need to search for a contact from older teams.

Team chat adjustments
We now always show the subject instead of the creator's name in bold at the first place.
We always display the content with the name of the author. That is, when a message is created, the name of the creator is shown. If a message is commented on, the name of the commenting person is shown.
The large image shows the creator of the message.
The image of the commenting person is always shown in small.
Bug-Fixes / Small Changes
We are pleased in this release to be able to solve a few minor bugs. Thank you once again for your feedback.
Adjustments to player/parent role
- We have adjusted the rights of the parent role in the tournament module so that the nominations of the linked player are displayed.
- We have adjusted the view of the player and parent role on the training day so that modules without reading rights are also hidden in the overview. This makes it much clearer for parents or players.
- On match days, we have also cleaned up the view and completely hidden modules that are not released. We have also added notices in case the confirmation deadline has passed.
- You can now reset the profile picture to the standard profile picture.
Tournament placements
A small sorting error had crept into the tournament placements, which should now be fixed.
WhatsApp Sharing
When sharing WhatsApp content, there were sometimes no line breaks, so the contents were not completely formatted. This should now fully work again in all modules and we have taken the opportunity to improve the WhatsApp sharing as described above.
Standard date filter
In the statistics, the filter for the FROM/TO date was sometimes set with 0/0. This has now been adjusted based on the time span of the last appointments, so that the correct data is always loaded directly.
Birthday on the dashboard
If there are several birthdays in one week, we no longer list them individually, but bundled in a block that can be expanded if necessary.
Adding external players to training days
We have simplified it again so that you can now add players from other teams and external players directly to the attendance list on the training day.
Display new season
Many of you have the problem at the end of the season of entering some dates for the new season in the old season. Then, when the new season comes around, some dates are often missing in the new season. To avoid this, you will now see a notice in the menu and on the My Team page in time for the new season.
Missing duration in exercises in training plans
When saving exercises on the training day, no standard duration was set by default. Thus, an additional selection was always necessary before saving could be completed.
Display of participating players
We have reorganized the display of availabilities in the training day overview so that you can more easily see how many players or other contacts can participate in appointments.
