3-2-1 Interval Running

    • Stopwatch needed
  • Process

    • Run 3 laps around a pitch, resting for 1 minute afterwards.
    • Run 2 more laps, then rest for 2 minutes.
    • Then run one last lap
    • Aim for 1:30 minutes a lap 
  • Tip

    • Increase /decrease lap time depending on ability
