3v2 after volleying

  • Organisation

    3 red players, 2 blue players; one big goal, two small goals; two balls

  • Process

    Player moves back from the cone (1); his teammate passes the ball by air (2); volleying (3); the 3rd man passes the ball to his teammate (4). After that 3v2 attacking begins (yellows defend two small goals).

  • Tip

    If defenders steal the ball, they can attack opposite big goal.

    The exercise must be executed from both sides.

    25x25 m

  • Cone margins

    10-12 m between the central cone and big goal;

    12-15 m between the cone on the flank and central cone;

    15 m between the central cone and the cone with the 3rd player on it.
