Agility course 1

  • Organisation

    1. Players begin at the bottom left of the course

    2. Players do power skips until they reach the hurdles.

    3. Coaches choice for hurdle hops (unilateral, bilateral, etc.)

    4. Power skips to next cone

    5. Side shuffle to ladder

    6. Coaches choice through ladder

    7. Side shuffle to next cone.

    8. Defensive stance backpedal through cones

    9. Turn & sprint back to start

    10. Repeat for coaches specified time.
