Choose the ball and kick!

  • Organisation

    Two players (defender and attacker); three balls on the cones; one usual goal with GK, two mini goals.

  • Process

    The attacking player (yellow) must run towards different balls changing the direction constantly. The defender moves closing the space. In any time the attacker chooses any ball and kick. If the defender blocks, he can score to any of the opposite mini goals. If not, the defender can choose any of two remaining balls and try to score to any of two mini goals.

  • Tip

    The attacker has only 5-6 secs to choose the ball;

    the attacker can choose either kick the ball at once or by the 2nd (3rd) touch.

    20x20 m

  • Cone margins

    2 m distance between the balls;

    10-12 m from the usual goal to the balls
