One touch game with rotation

  • Organisation

    Central square; four small cones with players on them; five players overall (minimum), one player is inside the square; two balls.

  • Process

    The first player passes the ball to the player in the square (1) and follows his passing (2);

    The player inside the square performs wall passing (3) and runs to the passer's place (4);

    After receiving the wall passing the first player passes the ball forward to the next group (5) and rotates to the right side (6); the first player from this group begins the exercise newly

     

     

  • Tip

    Progression: performing wall passing and opening the space taking into consideration the big cone in the center (see the second image)

  • Field size

    16x16 m

  • Cone margins

    4x4 m the central square;

    8 m between the side cones and the central cone
