Speed ladder coordination+dribbling

  • Organisation

    Two groups of players. One group performs coordination exercises on speed ladder, the second group dribbles the ball between 3 cones by different ways.

  • Process

    The first players from each group fulfil exercise at the same time. Then the player with the ball dribbles forward and puts away the ball for his partner from another group, who runs forward, picks up the ball and dribbles to the opposite group. Another player runs to his partner's group etc.

  • Tip

    When dribbling, players must use the right and the left foot by rotation.

  • Cone margins

    2 m between the poles; 10-12 m between the last pole and the last section of speed ladder.
