Warm up with turning back

  • Organisation

    4 groups of 2-3 players. 1 ball for group. 1 pole in the center.

  • Process

    One player from one group dribbles the ball towards the pole. 1-2 metres before the pole he turns back by specific way, then pass the ball to the next player in his group and run to the right side (another group).

  • Tip

    The ways of turning back:

    a) by sole (right foot-right side or left foot-left side)

    b) by sole (right foot-left side or left foot0right side)

    c) sole + inside the foot

    d) inside the foot

    e) outside the foot

    f) step over + outside the foot

    g) step over + inside the foot of another foot

  • Cone margins

    10-12 m from the center to every cone
