1 against 1 competition

  • Organisation

    • 10 cones
    • 2 coordination ladders
    • 8 poles
    • 1 cone
    • 3 balls per round
    • 1 goal

  • Process

It is played in competitive mode with 2 team.

The first players of both teams start with the ball in the direction of the cones. They dribble through the cones and then pass the ball back to the 2nd player of the team. Then crossing coordination ladders with 2 touches per square and then slalom run through the poles.

Players sprint to the cone. The first to touch the cone has the right to act as striker in the subsequent 1-on-1. The "loser" acts as a defender. If the defender wins the ball, he may also shoot at the goal.
