Organisation
Two teams. Every team is divided on pairs. One player from the pair has the ball.
One usual goal with GK; two small goals.

Process
Two players from different teams sprint forward at the same time. The Coach shows the colour (blue or red cone). It means that the player with the ball from the proper cone (blue on image) executes the volleying passing to his teammate, who tries to score. The player from another team must challenge and steal the ball. If he is successful, he must score to any of two small goals.

Two series with changing the sides; players in pair change their places after each repetition.
