1v1 after Sprint as Team Competition

  • Organisation

    • 4 poles
    • 4 cones
    • 1 goal
  • Process

    • First two players from each team start around the pole to their right side.
    • Player facing the goal attempts to pass the opponent with a running feint to sprint through the two outer cone goals.
    • If successful, they are allowed to shoot on goal.
    • If tackled by the opponent, the defender gets to shoot on goal.

    Variation

    • Players sprint again from the starting cone around the corners.
    • Coach passes the ball sharply to the player running around the back line.
    • This player tries to get past the defender in a 1v1 situation.
    • The winner of the duel gets to shoot on goal.
