• 2 sets of red, blue, and yellow cones
• Divide the team evenly into defenders (yellow) and attackers (blue)
• The attackers position themselves evenly, each with a ball, level with the two red cones. One defender stands behind each attacker.
• On the coach's starting signal, 1 vs. 1 situations begin simultaneously. The attackers try to dribble through the two blue cones, while the defenders attempt to win the ball to subsequently dribble through the yellow cones.
• Players are only allowed to act within their individual 1 vs. 1 situation. Once all duels are completed, attackers and defenders switch roles, and the exercise starts again.
