    • 1 goal
    • 4 small hurdles
    • 4 large hurdles

    • Both groups start the drill simultaneously.
      • For team A (Forwards):
        1. Short, quick jumps over the small hurdles.
        2. Receive and pass back a ball from player C.
        3. Run onto a diagonal ball from C towards the center cone.
      • For team B (Defenders):
        1. Cross hoops with short steps, one tap per hoop.
        2. High jumps over the large hurdles.
        3. Immediate drop back into slalom through the poles.
        4. Focus on opposing player A.
    • Initiate 1 vs 1 as player A receives the ball.
      • A aims to score; B aims to defend.
    • Players rotate roles after the attempt: Goal scorer moves to A, A to B, and B alternates between starting positions.
