2 teams play against each other following handball rules (see below) without dribbling. Points are scored by hitting the opponent's crossbar with the ball. If the ball lands on the ground, the opposing team gains possession.
Handball Rules:
A player can hold the handball for a maximum of 3 seconds.
They can also take only 3 steps with the ball in hand, after which they must pass it.
Tip
Coaching Points
After attempting to hit the crossbar, immediately try to secure the second ball.
Passes should be sharp; do not throw in an arc over the opponents.
