Set up two 20 x 12 meter large fields with a 16 meter distance between them.
One field should include two small goals (one at each end) and the other field should not have any goals.
The goalkeeper stands in the big goal which does not need to be moved at all.
Use four cones to mark a sprinting drill that leads to the edge of the penalty box.
The teams should proceed to the drill forms in groups of 4 players.
Station/ Drill 1:
Without a ball, the players will sprint around each of the three cones while always returning to the starting cone.
After the players sprint around the last cone and the starting cone, they receive a pass from the goalkeeper and finish on goal.
Station/ Drill 2:
At station 2, 4 players will play in a 2v2 onto mini-goals.
Station/ Drill 3:
Here, 4 players will also play in a 2v2.
But instead of the mini-goals, the players will have to dribble over an end line to score a point.
They will play with offsides.
One round is 5 minutes.
Every team should move to the next station after 5 minutes.
