Two teams compete against each other in 3 zones (match character). In the 1st zone (defensive zone) and the 3rd zone (offensive zone), both teams have free play.
In the 2nd zone (midfield zone), both teams are limited to 2 or 3 ball touches. Once the ball enters the midfield zone, it cannot be intentionally played back into the defensive zone or dribbled back. Otherwise, possession changes.
Goals only count when all players are beyond the halfway line.
