3v2 Overload Situation

  • Organisation

    • 4 mini-goals

    • 8 cones (4 red cones, 4 yellow (smaller) cones

  • Process

The player outside of the field starts the game by playing the first pass.

A 3v2 game will be played onto mini-goals.

As soon as the ball is out of bounds or a team scores a goal, the opposition team themselves will have an additional player and play in a 3v2 sequence.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Use the additional player advantage for quick combinations and fast dribbling

    • Switching between teams should happen quickly

    • Defenders defend the zone, they don't mark man-to-man.
