• Place an additional goal on the halfway line
• 2 goals (with goalkeepers)
The team will be divided into 3 teams consisting of 3 players each.
Players 1, 2, and 3 (yellow) will play a 3v2 attacking sequence against players 4 and 5 (blue).
As soon as the attacking sequence is over, player 6 joins players 4 and 5 of the blue team and they play a 3v2 attacking sequence against players 7 and 8 (red).
Every sequence will be played in a 3v2.
One team is always on hold.
Coaching Points:
• Switching between teams should happen quickly to further encourage communication and coordination among teammates
• Teams always have to act fast, since they are constantly transitioning from offense to defense
