• 4 small goals
• 4 cones or poles to mark the playing field
• Divide into teams of equal size
• Multiple balls for quick game restarts
One of the teams starts the exercise from one of the goals. The goal is to score on one of the 2 opposing goals. The defending team must always keep an eye on both goals.
When a goal is scored, the team that scored the goal starts the game.
