It is played 4 against 4 + 2 goalkeepers on 2 goals. Since this is about the endurance area, the 4 vs. 4 is carried out with permanently assigned opponents. The pairs (e.g.: A 1 against A2) basically play 1 against 1, since they can only be attacked by the respective assigned player. This ensures a lot of movement (endurance training).
