  • Process

    • 2 teams play 4 against 4.
    • The other 4 players complete the course: The coordination ladder is run through with small steps. Fast and explosive jumps are performed at the hurdles. Behind the goals there is a loose jogging and at the fourth side there is a sprint.
    • After 5min. take a break of approx. 2min. and change.

  • Tip

    • In 4 vs. 4, pay attention to free running behavior of the players in the movement
    • Feint, change position, offer in free position
