    • Form teams of 4 players each and designate 2 neutrals
  • Process

    Conduct games in tournament mode. The two neutrals alternate in the games, resulting in a 4 plus 1 against 4 scenario. The neutrals always play with the team in possession of the ball. In case of an out-of-bounds ball, the goalkeepers restart the game. Each game lasts 3 minutes with a 90-second break. The resting players actively recover during the break.

  • Tip

    • The exercise should be performed with the highest intensity.
    • For more endurance training, "winner stays on the field" can be played.
