• 20 cones: 4 big cones to mark the field and 16 smaller cones to construct 8 cone goals in the limited playing field
Two teams play in a 4v4 onto four cone goals.
The team in possession has the task to score in one of the four possible goals.
The field is further divided into four zones.
In each zone, two players compete in a 1v1 situation.
However, the players are not allowed to step outside of their zone.
To switch the point of attack, the players have to pass the ball into the next zone.
Coaching Points:
• Clever defending by forcing the attacking player wide (possibly into a different zone) is crucial
• Use different tricks or feints to beat the opponent
• Defenders: Get tight and apply pressure as soon as the attacking player receives the ball
• Switch the point of attack frequently to create space for teammates in other zones
