5 vs. 5 - with Dribbling Wall Players

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals
    • 6 cones to mark the field
    • Prepare 4-5 balls in the goals
    • Mark 2 teams of 7 players each, with 5 players per team on the field and 2 as wall players in the respective attacking third

  • Process

Play 5 vs. 5 with offside rules. When a wall player is played, they dribble into the field, and the passer takes their position as a wall player.

In case of a sideline or goal kick, the game restarts from the goalkeeper of the eligible team.

Teams play in a 2-2-1 system. Minimize interruptions. When the ball goes out of play, the next ball is immediately dribbled in.
