  • Organisation

    • 4 cones to mark the field
    • 6 players form a circle, with 1 player in the center
    • 3 players must try to win the ball

  • Process

    From the team in possession of the ball, 6 players position themselves around the edge of the field, and 1 player stays in the center. The goal of the exercise is to pass to the player in the center as often as possible. The defenders' task is to win the ball and clear it out of bounds. After 5 ball losses, the players switch positions.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Shift collectively towards the ball
    • Wait for the right moment to apply pressure on the ball (poor first touch, opponent in the corner)
    • Possibility for interception: 1 player shadows the central player, 1 player directs in one direction, and 1 player positions on the side towards which the ball is directed.
