  • Process

    The game is played 8 vs 7 towards the goal with a goalkeeper, as well as the two counter goals. Attackers and defenders are only allowed to start towards the goal once the ball has crossed the offside line. After a while, the two teams switch roles.

    Variation:
    Play with a maximum of 3 touches.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Once the ball is played beyond the offside line, aim to finish quickly.
