  • Organisation

    • Form rows of players evenly distributed in front of 4 cones each.

  • Process

    At the coach's signal, the first players in each row start into the course with a predetermined task:

    • Slalom run (left)
    • Circle the two middle cones (2nd from the left)
    • Circle the two middle cones in a figure-eight (2nd from the right)
    • Zigzag around the middle cones (right)

    Competition format: The slowest group must do 15 push-ups per round before the next round starts.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Always take the shortest path - do not run in a curve and get as close as possible to the cones.
    • Maintain core body tension.
