Action Speed from 1v1 to 4v4

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals
    • Cones to mark the playing area
  • Process

Divide 2 groups evenly on each side of the goals. The game starts with a 1v1, with one player from each group starting on the field. The player from the lower group has possession of the ball. After the shot, a second player from the previously defending team enters the field with the ball, continuing the game as a 2v1. Once the shot is taken, it progresses to a 2v2. The round ends when a goal is scored in a 4v4 scenario.
