Attack in Overload - 2 Sets of 3 vs 2

  • Organisation

    • 2 youth goals
    • Cones to mark the field and halfway line
    • 2 teams with 5+1 players each
    • Divide each team into 2 defenders and 3 attackers
  • Process

    • Always play 3 vs 2 (+ goalkeeper) in one half.
    • Players remain fixed in one half.
    • If the defense wins the ball, they quickly try to pass it to an attacker.
    • After a shot on goal, free play to attack.
    • Rotate roles in blocks (after max. 5 minutes) or continuously rotate individual players.
