    Player A1 moves sideways through the poles. When Player A1 reaches the second-to-last pole, Player B1 passes the ball with the inside of their foot to Player A1. A1 then takes the ball backward and outward, passing it with the inside of their foot to the next Player A1.

    Player B1 simultaneously moves sideways step by step through the poles. When Player B1 reaches the second-to-last pole, the next Player A1 passes the ball with the inside of their foot to Player B1. B1 then takes the ball backward and outward, passing it to the next Player B1.
