Ball Control with Passing

  • Organisation

    • Four cone goals spaced 12m apart.
    • Two teams with 2 players each.
    • One player from each team has a ball.
  • Process

    • On command, players dribble with the ball towards the center, dribble around the cone, and pass through the cone goal to their teammate. The passer continues running to the opposite goal.
    • After a few minutes, turn the exercise into a competition - the team that scores 10 goals first wins.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Take the ball directly into motion.
    • Accelerate immediately.
    • Ensure sufficient sharpness in passing.
