Ball Reception and Shot on Goal

  • Process

    • Player B passes through the cone gate to player A. Player A receives the ball, dribbles to the side, goes around the cone, and immediately takes a shot on goal. Player B takes the position of player A, another player takes the position of player B, and player A joins the back of his group after the shot on goal.

    Note:

    • Can also be done as a competitive format. Which team/group scores first: 10/20/25/30 goals.
  • Tip

    • Offer yourself in a half-open stance.
    • After a few repetitions, take the ball into movement with the first touch.
