    • Set up a "pole forest" in the center of a square
  • Process

    Passers A, B, C move casually along the outer lines. The station runner offers themselves for a pass (at random) and passes the ball directly back. Then, they move through the "pole forest" and offer themselves to another passer - the process repeats. After the time is up, the station runner swaps with a passer.

    Coaching Point

    The quality of the passes must be very high so that the exercise can be executed at the correct pace.
