• 6 cones (3 colors)
• 5 rings
• 9 poles
• 1 coordination ladder
• 9 cones
• 1 goal
• 3 hurdles
• 1 ball per run
The players distribute themselves equally on the starting positions A, B and C. All players at A have a ball
• The coach gives a start command where all 3 players start their run at the same time. A dribbles in a slalom through the cones. Meanwhile, B crosses the coordination ladder with short, quick steps and C crosses the rings also with short, quick steps.
• A runs over the hurdles. B turns with the ball with his back to the goal and with each step (alternating left, right) pulls the ball back to the 2nd red cone. C goes with sidesteps through the lying poles. Now B plays a pass to C.
• A sprints towards the square, around the square (body direction always forward) and finally forward to the last yellow cone. B sprints through the poles in a slalom. C dribbles towards the bar, passes the bar (opponent) with a step-over to the inside and plays to B in the middle.
• B receives the pass from C and shoots at the goal before the 16.
• After each pass, the players run loosely to the next position. C must always take the ball shot by B to the A position.
Coaching Points
• Players must have an eye for their teammate in addition to their own exercise in order to perform the exercise in a coordinated manner
• The exercises should be performed with high quality. The tempo can be increased in the course of the exercise
