    Structure as in the picture

    • 4 cones and 2 goals for game in the middle of the field
    • 7 rings
    • 11 poles
    • 15 hurdles
    • 7 cones
    • 5 biger cones
    • 1 coordination ladder
    • Balls for the game and 1 ball per player in the course

  • Process

    In the middle of the field 2 teams play on the 2 mini goals. It should be played 3 against 3 to 5 against 5.

    Outside the field a course is run through. On one side it happens without ball, on the other side with ball.

    Station1: players run through the rings in different shapes
    Station2: Sidesteps through the poles
    Station3: Jumping over each hurdle
    Station4: Touch each cone with handThen recovery to the other side
    Station5: Get ball and dribble through poles
    Station6: Pass ball sideways to coordination ladder and run through it
    Station7: Dribble around each cone
    Station8: Pass the ball under the hurdles and jump over them

  • Tip

    • Depending on the course run or the time given, change the teams
    • Tempo should be kept high
