  • Process

    Execution
    A relay race is conducted: players run over the ladder or jump over the hurdles and take the ball in their hand. Then, they weave through the cones in a slalom and sprint back to the starting position. At this point, the ball is handed over to the next player.

    Variations
    • Weave through the cones in a slalom with the ball. The ball is then stopped between the pylons.
    • Dribble through the cones. Afterwards, pass the ball to the next player.

  • Tip

    • Despite the competition, ensure the correct execution of the exercises.
    • Start with 2-3 rounds at the beginning for warming up
