The following tasks are performed in a circle

1: Run through coordination ladder (forwards or backwards)
    2: take the ball
3: dribble around the pylons at a fast pace (change feet)
4: Dribble through the cones in slalom
5: Pass the ball to station 3
6: Run fast around the flags
    7: Sidesteps through the poles
8: Loose trot to the end

The next player starts the exercise when the player in front of him has passed through the cone slalom.

    Coaching Points

    • Coordination ladder: take hands correctly, work on the front foot
    • Passing: play passes with enough sharpness, look for eye contact before passes and take balls directly into the movement
    • Dribbling: tight and two-footed ball control
