The two groups stand facing each other at the hurdles. The coach gives a start command with two colors. The first players from each group then jump over the hurdles, retrieve the ball at the cone mentioned first (green or yellow), and dribble with the ball through the indicated cone (red or blue).
Make the task more challenging by requiring players to go to the cone/goal that is not named. For example, if the coach calls out "green," players must start at the ball on the yellow cone.
