• After station 1,2,3,4 there is a player waiting for the pass
• 2 coordination ladders
• 4 hurdles
• 9 rings

• Station 4 several balls
A player starts without a ball and runs through 5 stations.
Station 1: Sidesteps through the coordination ladder and double pass with teammate
Station 2: Double touch in each field of the coordination ladder, in front and behind, then into the next field. At the end double pass with the teammate
Station 3: Quick jumps through the hurdles, then double pass with teammate playing a high pass
Station 4: Through the rings -> right ring -> right foot, left ring -> left foot, single ring -> right and left foot, then take high ball from teammate and dribble to station 5
Station 5: dribble through the cones, then pressure pass to next player
Change the players that are assiting with players that already completed the parcours after some time (e.g. 2 minutes)
Coaching Points
• Keep intensity at 80% so that the quality of the exercise does not suffer.
• As soon as a player passes station 2, the next player can start.
