The player starts at the cone to the right of the goals.
1. sprint to the rings
2. cross the rings with one touch
3. sprint to the next cone
4. turn left and sprint through the bars slalom
5. sprint to the next cone
6. cross coordination ladder with short fast steps
7. turn left and again cross the coordination ladder with short and fast steps, this time sideways.
8. sprint to the cone in the middle
9. the coach calls out a color
10. the player must shoot the ball into the goal in front of which is the cone with the called color

• Perform the exercise with 80-90% intensity
• Alternatives can be used when shooting at the goal (e.g. don't call a color, call a number)
