Process
Yellow player starts at 1 and runs through the coordination rings.
Run through rings side by side with one touch each and touch individual rings with both feet once.
At 2, knees are bent, and in a swinging jump, Yellow swings the foot over the cones to the right and left with a step in between.
At 3, Yellow receives a driven pass from Blue and plays it directly into the run of Blue (5). Yellow now takes over the position of Blue.
At 6, Blue performs a high-speed dribble, passes the ball to Station 1, and receives a one-two pass.
There is a shot on goal at 7a. Blue takes Yellow's position.
Tip
Pay attention to the rhythmic swinging and bending of the knees at 2.
