Process
Players run over the hurdles according to instructions
Just before reaching the penultimate hurdle, the trainer plays a ball in front of the last hurdle
The player passes it back directly and sprints from the turn to the pole
Variation
The trainer throws the ball half-high or for a header
Position a target pole with a different color on the opposite side. With the throw, the trainer calls out the color of one of the two poles. The player must sprint to the corresponding pole after their pass.
