Coordination Training: Coordination with Sprints

  • Organisation

    • 2 coordination ladders
    • 10 jumping hurdles
    • 5 slalom poles
    • 2 red cones
    • 2 yellow cones
  • Process

    Divide the players into 2 groups and line them up at the baseline.

    Right Side: Players move through the coordination ladder with quick steps. After the ladder, they sprint a short distance of 6-7m. Then, they navigate through the slalom course at a fast pace. Next, they sprint approximately 10-12m. After reaching the baseline, they jog lightly to the other side.

    Left Side: Players move through the ladder with quick steps. Following the ladder, they sprint for 6-8m before jumping over the hurdles with focus on speed. Then, they sprint approximately 10-12m. After reaching the baseline, they jog lightly to the other side.
