    • Cones
    • Divide into 2 groups and position them equally behind the ladders

  • Process

    • Players go through the ladders as instructed. Then, they dribble a ball through the course and leave the ball in front of the coordination ladder on the way back.

    Exercises for the coordination ladder:

    • Short quick steps
    • 2 steps forward, 1 step back
    • Enter from the side and move forward in short steps
    • One-legged jumps
