Process
Player A passes the ball with the strong foot to B and runs to the coordination ladder.
B receives the ball and dribbles around the field back to A's starting position to join the line.
The next player A passes the ball again to B and this time runs in the opposite direction.
Tip
Coaching Points
Gradually increase the tempo.
Don't sprint at full speed for the first 7-8 minutes.
Pay attention to clean execution in the coordination exercises.
