    • 2 coordination ladders

  • Process

    • Player A passes the ball with the strong foot to B and runs to the coordination ladder.
    • B receives the ball and dribbles around the field back to A's starting position to join the line.
    • The next player A passes the ball again to B and this time runs in the opposite direction.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Gradually increase the tempo.
    • Don't sprint at full speed for the first 7-8 minutes.
    • Pay attention to clean execution in the coordination exercises.
