Organisation

1 mini goal
1 goal
Several balls
Process
The player in green starts the exercise with a pass to the coach (teammate).
Immediately, he heads towards the coordination ladder and crosses it with short steps (left and right in each square).
Next, he jumps over the hurdles with quick, explosive jumps and receives a ball from the coach (teammate).
The player dribbles around the flag and takes a shot.
Then, retrieve the ball and start directly into a 1 vs. 1 against the opponent in black, trying to score a goal.
After the action, green becomes the defender and black joins the back of the line.
