  • Organisation

    • 1 ladder
    • 3 hurdles
    • 1 flag or cone
    • 4 cones
    • 1 mini goal
    • 1 goal
    • Several balls
  • Process

    • The player in green starts the exercise with a pass to the coach (teammate).
    • Immediately, he heads towards the coordination ladder and crosses it with short steps (left and right in each square).
    • Next, he jumps over the hurdles with quick, explosive jumps and receives a ball from the coach (teammate).
    • The player dribbles around the flag and takes a shot.
    • Then, retrieve the ball and start directly into a 1 vs. 1 against the opponent in black, trying to score a goal.
    • After the action, green becomes the defender and black joins the back of the line.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Quality of the exercises is more important than speed.
    • In the 1 vs. 1, perform an action or let it run for 10 seconds, then break off.
