  • Organisation

    • 1 goal
    • 1 ball per round
    • 10 cones
  • Process

    • Player A dribbles forward while player B offers support simultaneously.
    • A passes to B, player C runs at pace towards the halfway line to create space on the wing for player D.
    • Player D starts along the line.
    • Player B passes directly to player D, who moves into the now open space.
    • Player D dribbles to the goal line.
    • Player E runs to the near post, and player F crosses, runs behind E, and occupies the far post.
    • Player D crosses to the center where E & F attempt to score.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • If enough players are available, alternate training from left and right.
    • Demand precise and assertive passing.
    • Players should find their timing through practice.
    • Player C should create space at pace.
    • Player B should aim to pass directly to D.
    • Player D should be wary of offside (cones represent goal).
    • Forwards E & F should not run into the cross too early.
