  • Process

      • In the wing zone, there can either be just the crosser or additionally an opponent.
      • One pair of players from each team starts from the center and receives a cross to be finished. Then, the two players receive a cross from the other side, which must be finished towards the opposite goal.
      Note: Variations:
      • Header goals count double
      • Without defenders; to increase intensity, a defender can also intervene
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Don't run in too early
    • Set up away from the ball
    • Run diagonally towards the crosser and goal
    • Players attack the near and far post
    • Crosses are always played from motion!
