Position players in their respective zones. Players then alternate playing crosses over the goals into the designated zones.
Conduct the exercise as a competition: Which players can successfully play more balls over the goal into the target area (optionally using their weaker foot as well).

Play the ball on the move.
Use the inside of the foot for crosses.
Place the standing leg to the side behind the ball.
Ball control:
Prevent the ball from bouncing.
Quickly bring the ball down to the ground.
Yield at the moment of ball contact.
